Welcome to St Barnabas Church, an ancestral church of George Washington. We are a rural church in the small village of Faccombe in the beautiful countryside of Hampshire. Our desire is to meet with God, to grow our faith and to take the love of Jesus out into the community. Our prayer is that everyone who attends St Barnabas will find a warm welcome, that they will sense God’s presence and experience his love.
We have a service of Holy Communion on the first Sunday each month at 6 pm in the evening. In February, May, August and November we also have a Holy Communion service at 10 am.
We believe we have a lovely church building in a lovely setting and hence we have on average three weddings a year. The Jack Russell Public House is well set up for wedding receptions and we can work with them to make your wedding a lovely day that you will remember for the rest of your life. Please see our ‘Getting Married’ link above for details on how to find out more.
